Houdini isn’t Scary is a great intro series by NineBetween. He’s actually replacing it with a new series called Houdini is Hip which is still a work in progress. So maybe check out both?
Houdini Donut in Any Shape by Lewis Orton is a great remix of the classic donut tutorial that shows off the power of houdini in building truly procedural systems.
by the incredible Mark “Houdini Mark” Fancher, a paid course that covers everything. A great starting place for any C4D artists coming to Houdini for the first time. Mark’s channel is a great resource in general, esp for Mograph FX stuff.

Entagma’s series “Houdini in five minutes” seems to be a promising one for beginners. (I’ve heard this one can be a bit fast, try Tyler bay’s if you find that to be the case).
Houdini Easy Voxel Effect Tutorial was the first tutorial I made. It’s a bit janky and I plan to hopefully redo it at some pt as a better intro-to-houdini tutorial for people. But I think it’s still a good beginner level tutorial.
